Fishing Pier
Experience the thrill of fishing in paradise. The fishing pier at Islander Resort offers the perfect spot to cast a line and enjoy the beauty of Islamorada, the Sport Fishing Capital of the World.
Boating
Bayside Villas is home to 14 boat slips, able to accommodate crafts up to 24 feet for $75 per night. If you’ll be arriving for your stay by boat, let our team know at the time of reservation. Boat slips must be reserved in advance, and we’re happy to bundle a slot into your overall reservation. There is no boat launch on the property, however our team can help you locate local launch sites if needed. Limited trailer parking is available at our sister oceanside property, Islander Resort, for guests who have secured slip rentals.
Clearly Unique Watersports
Islander Resort is proud to partner with locally trusted adventure guides, Clearly Unique Watersports. Daily tours offer our guests some fantastically wet and wild ways to enjoy their time at the resort. Snorkel Tours
Be a part of all the underwater action at Alligator Lighthouse! Abundant underwater life (such as colorful fish, plants, and corals) can be seen during leisurely swims in the shallow waters near the reef.
Sandbar Swim
Join us every day at noon to head out to the famous Islamorada sandbar. Splash and swim to your heart’s content in the warm Florida sunshine.
Sunset Cruises and Eco-Tours
Take in a stunning sunset from a leisurely cruise around the waters just off the resort. Cruises depart Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, always 30 minutes prior to sunset. Each cruise offers refreshments — water, hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, and our signature Rum Punch.
Private Boat Charter
Want to explore the area on your own private chartered cruise? We offer guided whole-craft tours of anywhere from two to eight hours, visiting snorkeling sites, the Islamorada sandbar, and more.
