Bayside Villas guarantees that every hotel reservation booked through the islanderbaysidevillas.com website is guaranteed to have the best rate publicly available on the Internet.
If you find a rate for our resort on another travel website lower than the best available Internet rate on the islanderbaysidevillas.com website, for the same room type and dates, and rate payment requirements (e.g. full prepayment requirement) and restrictions, we will match the lower rate.
If you find lower rates at the time of booking, call Bayside Villas at 305-664-0082 and we will match the rate.
You must do the following to claim our Best Internet Rate Guarantee:
Contact Bayside Villas at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Once within 7 days of arrival date, rates are locked in. Reservations cannot be modified within 7 days of arrival.
Upon our reservation department's verification of your claim, Bayside Villas will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found.
Rates online must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification. Screenshots or other similarly produced images will not be accepted.
Note: This Guarantee does not apply to:
Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized.
Packaged rates that include air, car rentals, taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other services and amenities.
Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Government, AAA or Senior Citizen Discounts.
Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Bayside Villas and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.
